S5 Geography Field Trips on Hong Kong’s Manufacturing Industry

49 S5 Geography students participated in the Geography field trip to study the characteristics of industrial land use, and the factors affecting the changing location of industry in Hong Kong. With the help of The Caritas Chan Chun Ha Field Studies Centre, 21 students from 5E carried out their investigation at Tai Lin Pei, Kwai Chung on 7 November 2023 while 28 students from 5A, 5B, 5C and 5D studied the industrial area at Wong Chuk Hang on 8 November 2023. Through conducting hands-on data collection, they gained valuable insight into geographical inquiry.
