  • For S1- S5 students only
  • Average scores of first term
  • Voted by teachers

Cheung Chuk Shan Elite Student Award

  • Those students scoring 6 Level 5** and 'Attained' for the subject Citizenship & Social Development in the HKDSE Exam

Cheung Yok Luen Scholarship

  • For S1 – S6 students
  • Internal examination results (S1 – S5)
  • Public examination results (S6)

Honour Student Award

  • Those students with all passes and at least 4 Level 5** in all subjects entered in the HKDSE Examination

Academic Prize

  • For S1- S6 students
  • Internal examination results (S1 – S5)
  • Public examination results (S6)

Subject Prize

  • For any S1 – S5 student(s) who come(s) first in a subject in a form
  • For the student getting the highest grade in any HKDSE subject [at least a Level 5*]
Language Learning Award
  • The 2 students coming first and second in their annual total scores of English, Chinese and Putonghua (S1 – S3 only) of each level from S1 to S5

Medical Alumni Science Award

  • For the 2 students coming first and second in science subjects in each level from S1 to S5
  • For the student scoring the largest number of L5** in the HKDSE Examination and admitted to any health sciences degree course of a local university

Arts Alumni of 1985 and 1986 Award

  • For the 2 students coming first and second in arts and business subjects in each level from S1 to S5
  • For the student scoring the largest number of L5** in the HKDSE Examination and admitted to any arts or business degree course of a local university
Active Learning Award
  • For S1 – S6 students showing an active learning attitude in class
  • Nominated by subject teachers
Most Improved Student Award
  • For S1 – S5 students
  • Percentages of increase in average marks in the Second Term when compared with those in the First Term
  • Conduct grade: at least B

ECA & Service Merit Award

  • For S1 students only
  • Performance in any 2 of the 3 domains: Responsible posts held, prizes won and the community service involved in
  • Conduct grade: at least B

ECA & Service Honour Award

  • For S1 – S6 students
  • Performance in any 2 of the 3 domains: Responsible posts held, prizes won and the community service involved in
  • Conduct grade: at least B
Outstanding ECA and Leadership Award
  • For S1 – S6 students
  • Get the highest score in the ECA Point System
  • Satisfying at least one of the following criteria:

    • joining any internal or external leadership training programmes;

    • taking up the post of Prefect;

    • being a Red Cross Youth Team member;

    • being a member of the Community Services Student Team; or

    • joining any external community service activities organized by the school.

  • Conduct grade: at least B

  • For students demonstrating active learning behavior in all types of exchange tours
  • For responsible prefects and responsible members of the Red Cross Youth Team participating in exchange tours held during the Easter holidays or the post-exam period

  • Well-mannered with a passion throughout a school year to help others
  • Conduct grade in both school terms: at least B+
