Disney's Hospitality in Practice (Disney Hotel Visit)

Disney is renowned globally for its unique hospitality and professional guest services. 15 S5 Tourism and Hospitality Studies students visited the Disney Hotel and Hong Kong Disneyland during the post-exam period to acquire a better understanding of the hospitality industry. By looking into the distinct elements of Disney's hospitality services, the students acquired an understanding of the daily lives and necessary skills of Disney’s professional hosts.
