The assembly started with the national flag raising ceremony and the national anthem, followed by the Principal’s speech. This year is the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR. The Principal briefed the students on the general principles of the Basic Law. Then he reminded what students should do to help keep the stable condition of the city. At the end of the speech, the Principal shared with the students a video about the achievements of Hong Kong and China in environmental protection.
