PolyU Junior Researcher Mentoring Programme

From April to August, Siu Ngai Wan of S5C participated in the Junior Researcher Mentoring Programme, organized by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She worked closely with her mentors on the research titled ‘Do People Pay Attention to Nutritional and Sustainability Information on Restaurant Menus? A Case of Hong Kong Generation Z’. She gained profound knowledge of hotel and tourism management and acquired hands-on experience which helped her develop the skillset and knowledge required for conducting research. Besides, this programme allowed her to explore multiple pathways and get prepared for future academic and career pursuits.
